Instant and Permanent Fix For Any Condition You're Experiencing

Firstly, little about myself so you, the reader, knows this isn't the first book I read on "personal transformation". I'm aware of many therapies available for treatment of conditions. Like: Hypnosis, Psyck-K, NLP, Gestalt, Subliminals, Affirmations, Visualization, Acupuncture, Kinesiology, spiritual aspects (accepting what is), etc.
And yet, out of knowing all these methods I've used, I still rate TFT as the TOP. In my subjective experience, it's the best, the fastest, and the easiest to apply on yourself and on others.
It basically involves tapping certain energy points on your body. Points that are the containers for storing emotions, concerns, worries, and everything else that you find unpleasant. TFT simply empties out these containers. Hence immediately relieving you of that which doesn't serve you.
This can be anxiety (to walk over to that girl, talk to your boss about pay rise, public speaking, etc), trauma, phobia, physical pain (including heart and back problems), and anything you can possible classify under: "Problem that I Want To Go Away Right Now!".
In summary: If you want to go through your life solving your personal issues, on the spot, then get this book, read it and bless TFT later for realizing it's dramatically improved the quality of your well-being on earth.

Truly Amazing!

Yu have to try this to believe it!!! I have been doing EFT for 10 years, with some remarkable success, but this book and technique are truly amazing! I wish I had read it 10 years ago, as its faster and simpler to use, with less trauma to the patient than the EFT. Dr. Callahan says it works at least 70-80% of the time, and in minutes a huge trauma or anxiety can literally collapse and be gone! It's based on quantum Physics and thought fields. Don't miss this one - it's fast, easy to do and remarkably effective for anxiety, trauma, phobias, even pain.

Very skeptical and even suspicious, but found it quite helpful in the healing process. Particularly in regards to emotional trauma. However it is important to remember that it is not a cure all. It more than delivers its promises, but one needs to also care to adjust factors in real life so that the physical health is able to support healing. The troubleshooting section was most informative and I recommend reading the book fully before proceeding. I find its most effective when one fully understands how it works and when it seems not to work what to look for. : ) i hope if you fellow consumer decided to buy, that you get as much relief from its use as I did.
