Good book, but we ordered it new and the last day to return was Feb. 9. We just found parts of chapter 6, 7 and 8 are missing--131-154 are not there and we can't return the book. feeling ripped off for this required text.

Required Textbook

I had to get this for my college class. I have decided not to resell it at the end of the year. It's very clear and gives step by step instructions about speaking. It presents the information in an interesting and meaningful way that is easily understood. I recommend it if you're interested in enhancing your speaking skills.
